Conditions

The wish is personal and not transferable.

The wish will be carried out at the request of the winner -hereinafter referred to as the participant- on a fitting date of their choosing, on the condition that the execution takes place within three months after the draw and during the weekend (Saturday/Sunday).

Trade at present value is not possible. If the wish is not carried out within 3 months, it will permanently lapse. Any compensation (for damages) will be not applicable in that case.

Participation is at own risk. In Person is no party in and for the execution and as such not liable under any denomination and for whatever reason. Consequently, In Person cannot be held liable for any damages, incurred at or during the participation in or the execution of the wish. The participant expressly declares in advance that they will not demand damages and/or costs from In Person or otherwise hold it liable.

In Person can record footage of the execution of the wish (or have this recorded) and use it for advertising purposes in broadest sense of the term, including publication via the Internet and all social media, now and in the future. The participant expressly and unconditionally agrees to this in advance, for now and in the future, and in this regard expressly and unconditionally wavers -an appeal to- their portrait rights.
